  1. Personal Presence & Value Proposition. Define your unique value and communications style to stand out from the crowd.

  2. Content & Collateral.  Tell your story on paper, you never know who may end up seeing it.

  3. Networking & Lead Generation.  Make and nurture meaningful connections with potential clients through open questioning and active listening.

  4. Qualifying & Meetings.  Have higher quality, action oriented meetings using DIPADA and the Rule of Thirds.

  5. Pitching & Presenting.  Inform, educate and entertain with a mix of stats, storytelling and stage craft from an actor.

  6. Proposal Writing & Pricing.  Contextualise, customise and simplify for a quicker decision.

  7. Negotiating & Closing.  Get the budget, set the terms and action the close at the right price with these specific techniques.

  8. Managing & Growing Relationships.  Build trust and leverage client relationships for growth whilst maintaining mutual respect (i.e. escape the ‘vendor’ trap!)

2. PRESENTATION PREPARATION SESSION

Got a big pitch or presentation coming up? Rehearse with me during this half-day session and let's polish up both the delivery and the slides so you can walk on stage with confidence and deliver with panache.

Agenda

  1. Present. First you present to an audience of one - me!

  2. Assess. I’ll then provide an initial assessment of both your performance and slides.

  3. Amend. We’ll make some amendments together and run it again.

  4. Rehearse. And run it again, and again and again until you feel completely comfortable.

  5. Relax. Finally, I’ll share some techniques to help you handle any nerves that may arise on the day.
